Apartment Dwellers

It has been brought to the attention of the TCA officers, that where you live, you might have what is called a “cluster box” (Mailbox) that is maintained in a special section of your apartment building. Any mail that is larger than your mailbox is usually not deliverable, and that you are left a post office card that tells you where to go to pick up your packages, oversized or special delivery mail.

TCA needs to know if you have a separate address for packages, special delivery or oversized mail. There is the possibility in the future that TCA could send you an oversized envelope. We do not want you to have to make any special trips to a post office if it can be avoided, which recently happened to one of our members in New York. Please advise the Membership Secretary if you have such an address, so it can be entered in the database for future reference. Thank you.
