BULLSEYE

From the President

by Wally Turnbull

Proud but not Prideful

Being proud is feeling good about ourselves and others.  Being prideful is thinking that we are better than others.  Let’s be proud to be part of the Turnbull Clan but not prideful.

We now have the opportunity to proudly wear our Turnbull crest on hundreds of items from aprons to work clothes, bathrobes to towels, blouses to T-shirts.

As described on the front page of this issue we are no longer restricted to purchasing anything we can find that has the Turnbull name and crest on it or worse yet, going through the racks looking in vain for some, nay any Turnbull object.  We can now proudly wear our Turnbull crest on just about any imaginable item.

TCA is pleased to have provided the design and arranged favorable terms for our members to purchase these goods but TCA is not involved in any way in the sales and does not profit from them.

Be proud and display your Turnbull crest on your chest, your hat, your bag, and even on your towel and your blanket for others to see and for yourself to enjoy.  Not only are these fun items to own and use but they also make excellent gifts.  They fill a need and also serve as a proud reminder of the giver, your family, your clan, and your heritage.

Failtagh Iain Tracy Turnbull

TCA joins Keith and Thérèse Turnbull of St. Louis, MO in proudly announcing the birth of their first child, Iain Tracy Turnbull. After 22 hours of labor, Iain finally decided to venture forth and join the

Turnbull Clan.  Above, he proudly displays Mom’s MacKay and Dad’s Turnbull tartans.

After a shaky start with heart and lungs monitoring, both Iain and Mom are doing well and growing stronger each day.  Iain is next in line of the Missouri Turnbulls, related to Keith, Lewis, Tracy, Eather, William Grant, and Frank.

Keith and Thérèse are very involved with Turnbull Clan, representing TCA at area games and events.

Congratulations from TCA and your extended Turnbull family!
