Mrs Isabella Coulter had previously been Mrs Vaux and in later life became Mrs Isabella Hurst. His siblings would have been Nora Howley Phayre Coulter and John Morgan Coulter who both died as babies, one born about a year before William and one born about one year after.William's father ( John Phayre Coulter ) died on 7th July 1893, at his own parents' residence, Wellington Square, Launceston, at just 26 years old.
