Biography appears on Find a Grave. Father: Alex Trimbell, born in Indiana

George Trimbell, aged 71 years, a resident of Wyoming for over forty years, died at his home Sunday morning after a brief illness. He suffered a stroke of paralysis Friday and failed to rally from the attack. George Trimbell was one of the early residents of this section, having first been at Fort Fetterman before the railroad was finished to this point. He lived at Lusk and other Wyoming points, but for many years his home had been here. He was married to Miss Alice Hanrahan at Newcastle, Wyoming in 1892. Mrs. Trimbell and three sons and a daughter survive. The children are Mrs. W. W. Watson of Tacoma, Harold of Los Angeles and Leon and Bobbie of Douglas. Two sisters, Mrs. J. Tucker of Missoula, Montana and Mrs. Marguerite Freatt of Cedar Falls, Iowa also survive. A trooper from F Troop of the 115th Cavalry rode on each side of the hearse in the funeral procession, Mr. Trimbell having been a member of the regimental band of the Third Infantry for six years.
