BLANDFORD, Hazel Martha. In Plattsburg on October 3, 2003 aged eighty-six years Hazel Bruce beloved wife of Bruce Blandford. She leaves to mourn many nieces and nephews, her sister-in-law Muriel Bruce and also her cousins Willard, Greig (Anita), her niece Carol and 2 nephews Bill and Bob and many friends. No visitation.
