This award, which I think should not be awarded lightly or necessarily, on a yearly basis, should recognise that the recipient has done a lot of hard work for TCA. The results which has been of substantial benefit to TCA and it's members on an overall basis and over an extended time. When I though about this reward, given those guidelines, Cory Turnbull of Canada has been the individual who immediately came to mind. He has served TCA long term, his work has been essential in keeping TCA together during the interim period between Dorothy and the Elections, and also has put TCA on an international basis through his website. At Loon Mt. Games, I presented a Skean Dhu to Corey on behalf of TCA for all he has done.
